These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ORDERING FROM US
As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgment, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we bill your account. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- Where goods are not available.
- Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment
- If there has been a pricing or product description error
- If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Pre-Order of "Out of Stock and Backordered" products:
By placing a pre-order, you agree that your order is final and cannot be cancelled. Ordered items usually arrive within 7 business days unless in backorder. Please give us a call at 704-893-2878 to confirm availability of item. Estimated arrival times (ETAs) are provided as a guide and may change; we will notify you of significant ETA updates or if the product is backordered. Products will ship in the order pre-orders were received, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
