Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders & Backorders When you place a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. A full deposit is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

Cancellations:

• Pre-Orders: Once a pre-order is processed, cancellation is not guaranteed as we begin the fulfillment process immediately upon the item's arrival.

• Backorders: If an item is on backorder, you may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time before we receive your item from manufacturer.

• Fulfilled Orders: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
