Shipping

Fedex and USPS shipping options are available at checkout

Although we carry lots of parts, there are some parts we have to bring in from our distributors. Your shipping time may be affected by 1-2 business days while we bring the product in from our distributors. If it is going to be longer than a couple of days, we will contact you with an estimated arrival date. We ship our parts via USPS or FedEx, you can choose either of the shipping options while placing an order. You are welcome to give us a call and pay for expedited shipping if you need your item ASAP. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. We will email the tracking information to you just as soon as the item ships.

Return Policy

Interstate Supplies and Services Return Policy
Thank you for being a valued customer of Interstate Supplies and Services. We offer a 90-Day Limited Return/Refund Policy from date of purchase on most items. Because of our diverse product offering, certain product restrictions apply to this policy. Please review the details of these restrictions for each product category in our Returns Policy Exceptions section below or contact your Interstate Supplies and Services representative for written clarification prior to purchase. Products must be returned to Interstate Supplies and Services or shipped freight pre-paid. Interstate Supplies and Services will not reimburse for freight on returned items. Products must be new, clean, unopened in original box, of current style, not discontinued, undamaged, and resalable as determined solely by Interstate Supplies and Services representatives. A copy of the original invoice or packing list for the returned products must be presented at the time of return. The amount of credit or refund will be based on the current price or invoiced price, whichever is less. All non-defective product returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original invoice price.
No returns will be accepted after 90 Days.
Return Policy Exceptions

Some product restrictions apply including, but not limited to, the following:
        Commercial Mowers and Equipment: No returns.
        All Mower and Power Equipment Parts:  No returns on electrical parts.
        Used or Installed parts not returnable
        NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS

Special Order/Non-Stocking Products
Special Order/Non-Stocking Products are not returnable for refund or credit. Customers will be made aware if a product is a special-order item at the time the order is placed. All Cash & COD Accounts must pay for the Special Order/Non-Stocking Product in full at the time the order is placed. Once Interstate Supplies and Services receives the customer’s acknowledgement to proceed, the order will be placed with the manufacturer and it cannot be canceled or altered. Customer assumes ownership of the product and all associated shipping charges.

Warranty Policy
Applicable products purchased from Interstate Supplies and Services will be repaired or replaced under warranty based on the written policy of the associated manufacturer. Replacement product will be exchanged for identical product on a 1-for-1 basis. Special order or discontinued products will be ordered from the manufacturer at their discretion. If the manufacturer denies the warranty claim, the product will be returned to the customer and invoiced accordingly.
