Fedex and USPS shipping options are available at checkout

Although we carry lots of parts, there are some parts we have to bring in from our distributors. Your shipping time may be affected by 1-2 business days while we bring the product in from our distributors. If it is going to be longer than a couple of days, we will contact you with an estimated arrival date. We ship our parts via USPS or FedEx, you can choose either of the shipping options while placing an order. You are welcome to give us a call and pay for expedited shipping if you need your item ASAP. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. We will email the tracking information to you just as soon as the item ships.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the date of delivery. If you ordered the wrong part, we will return or exchange the item. You will need to email or call us (704-893-2878) to get an RMA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct part or issue a partial refund. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. If the item is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection, if the part is considered to have a material defect we will send the customer at no charge a replacement part. All parts and equipment purchased from this website as ordered with no additional promises being made for technical service. The original shipping cost covering the items shipped to the buyer is not refundable for any reason. By purchasing any parts or equipment from Interstate Supplies and Services you agree to these terms and conditions.
